General FAQ’s

  • Yes we accept PayPal at the checkout.

  • Yes we integrate with Stripe so you can pay with credit or debit card.

  • At the moment we don’t have the option to accept cryptocurrency payments.

  • Yes. For any service you sign up to, you may cancel anytime. No obligations.

    If you cancel, we will continue the service until the end of your paid period so that you still get everything you paid for, but you won’t be charged again.

  • If you don’t like the service and want to stop immediatly then we may be able to give you a refund for any remaining days / unused limits you have left. This is usually possible with our PowerServices, Engagement Services or any services that deliver daily.

    Some services (such as giveaway growth) are fully delivered in the first week, so no refund would be available after it has delivered.

    We will also deduct 5% for any refunds that are given to cover the cost of transaction fees on our end.

  • After signing up, just visit your customer hub to update any information.

  • Yes. We understand that not all of our subscription plans will cover exactly what you want. Request a custom order at anytime via our livechat and tell us what you need.

    We have lots of different options on our website, so if you’d like to get multiple services in one single package deal then let us know, there may be a discount waiting for you!

  • For most of our services, just allow up to 24hrs for the service to begin. Some services will be delivered within the first week of signing up.

  • Yes, we always deliver safe services whilst respecting the Social Media platforms community guidelines.

  • Contact us to change your plan. We may need to cancel your current plan, refund you for any remaining time and then set you up on the new subscription plan.
